MS.IE.substringData.Function.Interger.Overflow

Description

This indicates an attempt to exploit one of several integer overflow vulnerabilities in Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) and Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) Automation.
The vulnerability can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow via the "substringData" method of a "TextNode" object. An attacker can execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of various Microsoft software by enticing victims to visit a malicious web page.
