Description

This indicates an attack attempt to exploit a memory corruption vulnerability
in Citrix Presentation Server Client.
Citrix Presentation Server is a remote access/application publishing product.People can connect to applications available from central servers by using this product.
The vulnerability is located in the ICA Client ActiveX control through
miss-use of SendChannelData() function. It may allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code in the context of the application using the affected ActiveX control. Failed exploit attempts will likely cause the program to crash,resulting in a denial of service condition.

Citrix Presentation Server Client for Windows versions prior to 9.230.

Impact

System Compromise: Remote attackers can gain control of vulnerable systems.
Denial of Service: Remote attackers can crash vulnerable systems.
